Paddy and Andy are back after a small break to your relief! They bring the ‘In the Bin’ rugby pod, with a focus on looking at the upcoming knockout matches.

We dive ‘head first’ into the upcoming European finals and the international squad announcements.

It’s been a busy week of international squad announcements:. 

Are England on the ‘redpath’ to success with Cipriani’s inclusion? Have they taken ‘Care’ to rest their Lions?

Southern Hemisphere based-Managing Editor Scott Hornell looked at Brad Shields in the face Friday, and saw a man who will bring pride to the white jersey of England. In fact, his coach calls him ‘the type of guy you’d like your daughter to Marry’. But don’t get excited ladies – he’s taken

Gatland has allowed his pride of Lions a rest and he’s hoping Hill can lead them to the top. 

Finally Scotland have left their ‘Barclay’ card at home, in the hope McAnally and co can cash in instead.
